Matt Cross

Matt Cross is from Snyder, Texas. He has been doing Health and Safety training for over 30 years including defensive and commentary driving. The past 15 years he has been working in the Permian Basin area of Texas working with numerous oil and gas companies as well as construction. He has obtained his Certifed Safety and Health Official (CSHO) certification in both OSHA CFR 1910 (General Industry) and CFR 1926 (Construction Industry). He us a certified Veriforce Instructor

Matt owns his own safety consulting company, Cross Training Services, which he began to help smaller companies with their safety and DOT compliance. He joined Excell PDT in 2023 as he saw the need throughout the country for better driver training for those with their Commercial Drivers License. Matt has his CDL and has a passion for training and helping others survive in this very dangerous market.
